Background

This is from my postgraduate studies.  Advocate for more attention to the phenomenon of the climate crisis and encourage people to use solar energy.

Insight:

Many solar products emphasize technical details and functionality, which can seem dull to those not already interested in technology and climate change. To capture the attention of young people, our brand, EMO, leverages the "emo" sentiment prevalent in society. However, our "emo" stands for energetic, magical, and optimistic, offering a fresh perspective on solar energy. We aim to connect with consumers emotionally through an intimate brand image and healing tagline.

Solution:

EMO is a solar energy brand, that brings solar energy into your daily life and provides you with a comfortable and environmental experience the same time healing your “emo” time.  EMO aims to create a warmer, more relatable brand image by adding emotional value to our products. We move beyond the idea of solar energy as just a technical solution to make it something that supports and uplifts your mood.

Hello, Welcome to EMO! This is a solar energy brand that has the magic to make you happy! We are not just selling solar energy, we are also saving your emo feeling, and improving the climate crisis. 

In EMO, we believe that solar energy not only “heals” the climate crisis, but also it can heal you, give you energy, and accompany you through the “emo time”.

These are some of EMO's solar products. Compared to the functional and practical advertising slogans, EMO conveys in a more heartwarming dialogue that we don't only provide solar products, we also hope that EMO can bring you sweet companionship!
